This is for the newsletter staff, but anyone who for some random reason wants to know how we make the newsletter, here is the place. :3 (The newsletter starts this Monday)
Anyway, the positions:
Editor; me
Editor in chief; Magpie
Writer; whispers
Writer; Vexinate
Collecter; Goldy
First, we need to get all our ideas down, and we do, using a private chatzy! Monday through Wednesday we do this. Things announcing any special events, important character adoptions, etc. [ALL positions] need to contribute to the idea-making process, even if it's just a little. We aren't going for super lengthy articles, sweet and short, but we need to get everything down. Once we got a healthy amount of ideas, the [two writers] each take two or three of the ideas (There may be more or less ideas, but each Writer is required to write at least two articles per week, which still isn't very much, since the articles are pretty short. :P) and write a few sentences about it. Once they're finished, which has to be done by Friday evening/Saturday morning, they need to send the articles to the [Editor], me. I'll make sure it's publishable, then send the articles to Magpie, [Editor in chief], who will proof-read them. Then I make a newsletter and publish all the articles! If you want any ads in the newsletter, send your request to [Collecter], who will tell me about it, and the person who wanted the ad needs to pay each of the Writers, and Magpie, 10 points each. Goldy, who I forgot to mention can write however may articles she wants, though she's not required to, gets 15 of the points, while I get 5! (In total 50 points, only 5 RP posts)
