Bone padded through, looking out for other cats

Spectrum growled under her breath as the squirrel she was chasing scampered into the knot of a tree. She jumped down from the branch and sighed.

Bone watched her. "hello."

Spectrum froze and studied Bone silently. "..Hello."

He tilt his head. "Im Bone."

"I'm Spectrum." She watched him slightly warily.

Hawkcloud noticed two cats and kept on walking, tasting the blood in my mouth from my last cat i had killed.

Lyn padded through the forest attempting to look calm. The only thing betraying her sharp awareness of the world around her was the twitching of her ears.

Ripplepaw, a medium sized Bengal tom padded on the land softly, his paws making slight crunching sounds in the leaves. He had a smile on his face and his eyes were gleaming with happiness.

Lyn's ears flattened to her head at the noise and her fur rose. Turning in the direction of the noise she quickly spotted the cat. "Who are you?" she snapped.

Ripplepaw turned towards her and smiled. "I'm Ripplepaw." He licked a paw and sat. "Who are you?" The smile was still visible on his face, it had just eased a bit now that he was speaking. "I'm sure you are a rogue?"

"Lyn," she told him. She glared at the cheery tom, wondering if he was another cat who was just going to annoy her. "I guess," she growled in response to his second question.

Ripplepaw's ears perked and he interrupted his response to whip around and glance at Bone. He noticed the tom clearly from his distance and he gazed at the squirrel. "Heller! You there!" He called to him, eyes bright. "How is this mighty fine day going for you?" His southern accent began to show now, but he welcomed it. It was his way of talking, and he had no problem with that.


PS. I said Heller on purpose

Lyn turned her head to glare at Bone, then at Ripplepaw. Could her day get worse? "I hate cats," she muttered. Louder she added, "what is so fine about this day? It is a rotten day if you ask me, as all days are."

He turned to her and scoffed. "Now, now there is no way yer can insult a sunny day in bareleaf." He flashed a small grin. "It ain't my fault you're not enjoying life." He raised an eyebrow and turned back to bone. "Tsk, tsk, tsk."

He grins, at RipplePaw ,showing his white fangs in amusement, "By the way, I am Bone." His words have a Spanish bur to them that showed more and more after every syllable, his head turns to Lyn, "And you, seem to see the mouse half eaten," a sneer is embedded withing his well humored words.

"I will see the mouse however I please," Lyn snapped. "Though I don't happen to see a mouse at the moment. You should get your prey straight. You are holding a squirrel." She held her head high, hardly bothering to look at either of the to cats. She sat down carefully and wrapped her silky white tail around her paws.

Ripplepaw grumbled. He sideways glanced at her. "Here we go again. It's okay. Being grouchy doesn't mean you're a bad person. I'm sure there is a sweet little miss underneath that pelt." He blinked slowly and turned back to Bone. "I'm Ripplepaw. Nice to meet yer." He smiled and licked a paw.

Ripplepaw puts his clean paw back on the floor than lifts the other to give it a rigorous cleaning. "Yes, yes I am. I'm a rouge. Nothing more than that." He finished his second paw and now sat and started his toes. "Er um, sorry I'm givin' myself a right down heart cleaning right in front of yer."

Lyn laughed emptily. "A stupid expression," she said. She glared at the two then sighed. "I'm Lyn," she muttered to Bone. She glanced at Ripplepaw and Bone wondering if she should just leave. She wasn't sure se should in case one attacked her while her back was turned. She preferred mean cats because she could predict them and their actions better.
