Tales of Clans and Tribes spread from forest to forest, Twolegplace to Twolegplace, and although the rumors quickly spread, the warrior code, the purpose of Tribes and Clans remained the same. Thus, the first leaders came together: Magpiestar, Sunstar, Hollowstar and Mothstar. Although their beliefs and loyalties were divided, they each were strong and proud and knew their destinies: to rule the forest together, to respect one another, and to sacrifice everything for their friends. Now, those leaders, too, have passed, and it's your time to step up an aid in the rebirth of the forest.

Her paws and stomach are lighter than the rest of her, and her ears have faint black tips. Her eyes are very yellow, but in darkness they appear to be a bit greener. Wren's build is stockier than that of most she-cats. She was the runt in her litter, but grew more muscular while her kin grew taller and more lithe. She is fairly unattractive for a she-cat, especially with her very thin fur that offers almost no cover for scars. » Personality: Wren tends to be blunt when it comes to sensitive matters. She is polite to those that she does not know, but isn't friendly or outgoing. While she isn't especially aggressive or unwelcoming, she can appear cold to those who don't know that this is just the way she is. Wren believes in Clan loyalty above all else, and for that reason she has few close friendships. She is very defensive and gets riled up easily, but knows better than to turn to war to solve her problems. » Clan and Rank: StreamClan, Leader » History: Wren was originally a kittypet. While she wasn't declawed, she was spayed and cannot have kits. (She doesn't get along with them that well, so that isn't such a bad thing.) Even though she spent a lot of time outside of the house, Wren was very close to her owners and was devastated when they moved someplace where cats were not allowed. Wren was left with the neighbors, whom she disliked greatly, and a few weeks after she left to live in the forest permanently. She believed that her owners abandoned her purposely, which is why she is reluctant to establish close relationships (but her trust problems aren't immobilizing-ly bad). She made loyalty her defining personality trait after joining StreamClan, and it was her fierce love for the Clan and ability to see what was best for it instead of tending to one cat about the Clan's welfare that made her deputy, and eventually, leader. » Other: Wren does not know that she can't have kits, since she doesn't know what the surgery did to her. Actually, she probably doesn't remember it at all. And I like purple giraffes. » Roleplay Sample: A light brown, well-muscled she-cat swiveled her ears watchfully, prowling low to the ground as she hunted. She prepared a crouch before she pounced at a small mouse, snarling softly with frustration as it slipped beyond her unsheathed claws. "Fox dung!" meowed the tawny cat, shaking her head unhappily. She straightened up from the ground and turned to look out past the borderline, eyes narrowing warily.

» Name: Osprey » Sex: Male » Age: 2 years » Appearance: Osprey is a pretty average looking cat. He is a dark brown tabby with golden eyes. His stripes are closer to a tan or orange than to his main fur color, and his underbelly, throat and legs are all more pale than his dorsal fur. The stripes continue along his tail but do not wrap fully around it. » Personality: To put it bluntly, Osprey is evil. Seriously. He's the serial killer of cats. Having killed his family, Osprey now seeks to once again experience the thrill of his first murder. He is a bit dull when it comes to common sense, but knows how to avoid getting caught by other rogues. He tends to be polite when greeted, but occasionally reveals his darker side and snaps at whoever is talking with him. Osprey was never a very sentimental cat, but that is mostly because he is afraid of becoming attached to anyone or anything. He has no home, choosing to sleep in a different place each night. » Clan and Rank: Loner, I have a plan for him if Yancy is okay with it. » History: Osprey never saw the world the way others did. He was born in a litter of four and was the strongest of all of them. But Osprey was not a bully. In fact, he was very emotional as a kit and extremely devoted to his family, to the point of being clingy and suffering from separation anxiety. Eventually, Osprey's sister (Rogue) decided that it was time for her to make her way in the world, and she left the family for good. Rogue was Osprey's best friend and he was devastated when she left him. He took it personally and vowed revenge. From then on, Osprey never really trusted anyone and eventually went insane. He killed his brothers and parents so that they would never abandon him, then searched the forest for Rogue, but was never able to find her. He is extremely violent but comes off as fairly sane, and is known to become aggressive towards cats who look similar to Rogue (tan tabby with distinctive green eyes). Osprey learned how to manipulate others and get his way in many situations, but can never contain his psychopathic nature for long. » Other: I want a mate for him at some point. ;D I like purple giraffes. » Roleplay Sample: Osprey scowled as he slunk through the undergrowth. He would catch that darn Rogue, and he would do it soon. His eyes glinted as he looked up from his paws, walking face first into a thorny patch of brambles and cursing.

He has a habit of getting upset at smaller things and can hold a grudge for some time, but if he is friends with any specific cat he is more likely to get over whatever fight he has gotten into and make up without much of a fuss. Burntglare is a bit pessimistic, bad at seeing the ups in a down situation and often getting upset and blaming any problem on others. He is very loyal, but more to his family than to his Clan. In fact he often feels left out when StreamClan shares tongues, remembering his time in LightningClan perhaps a bit more strongly than his siblings. It was this feeling of loneliness that led him to leave StreamClan, and he currently lives in the unclaimed forest, but is considering Clan life again as he ages. » Clan and Rank: LightningClan Warrior » History: Burntglare was originally born in LightningClan. His father, Darkstar, had a split personality that made kithood very confusing and troubling for Burntglare. Though normally a rambunctious and excitable kit, Burntglare would keep quiet around cats older than him, and now tends to speak less often and only to those with whom he is close friends with. He left with his family to join StreamClan, but never felt like a part of the Clan, and eventually became a rogue, but parted on friendly terms with the Clan's leader at the time. He has never met Wrenstar, SC's current leader. » Other: Redstar and Icestone do not have roleplayers. I originally adopted this character from Darkstorm, who is no longer a member here (not that I know of, at least), so I do not have the right to seek roleplayers for them.
