Character Records Rules (MUST READ)

Character Records are a place to keep track of all of your approved characters. To keep track of your character's history (and stuff), you may create a Character Records topic. There are two rules to follow when creating a topic here:

One thread per person. You can set up this thread however you like, and can post in it multiple times in a row if you want.
Only approved characters may be posted here. Please wait until an admin or mod approves your character before you add them to your Character Records.
If you want a post removed from your thread by can't delete it yourself, post here or PM an admin and we will delete it for you.

Any questions, concerns or comments concerning Character Records may be posted in this topic.

"Character Records is* a place..." The word "Character Records" a singular proper noun. Not a plural proper noun. xP
And also, you said there are two rules you must follow when creating a "Character Records" topic, yet I see three rules. c:
