A day early, but happy December, everyone!
There have been a few edits to the rules that I would like to point out: first, the no advertising rule (rule 8) has been modified for clarity. It now reads:

- Do not advertise your own website or forum.
Linking to external websites is allowed as long as you are not advertising. For example, saying "Please join my website! <3" is advertising, but including a link to your website in your signature is not.
Also, the five-words-minimum posting rule has been
removed. You are now allowed to have posts of any length, but longer and more detailed posts
are encouraged, and if you post only or many one-word messages that is considered spam and you will receive a warning. As long as you feel that you are contributing to the conversation when you post, you should be safe.
Feel free to ask about any questions about these rule changes.
The monthly activity checks begin tomorrow, December 1st. Starting then, you
must respond to
each activity check or
all of your characters will be abandoned. If you are unable to access the site for an
entire month to respond to the activity check, private message Dreamer or myself, or post a departure/vacation topic in the Hello, Goodbye forum.
Also, now you are accepted into the Members group when you have either had your first character approved OR when you have responded to one activity check. Members are
not automatically admitted into the group.
Now that BoulderClan has been catching up in member count, you are only allowed to create a BoulderClan cat if you do not have one already. The creation of LightningClan cats is
encouraged, as LightningClan has the least members at the moment. For more information, see the last two announcements.
